| Textual Information(1) | 1. Mr. Navin Kumar Pansari, SBO is having indirect shareholding 5.79% and direct shareholding 11.32% totalling 17.11% in the Company Olympia Industries Limited. 2. The Company has not passed Board Resolution for allowing Foreign Ownership Limits in the Equity Shares of the Company. The Company has revised its aggregate permissible foreign investment limit from 100% to 34%, comprising 24% for Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) and 10% for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). The revision has been undertaken considering the engagement of company in multiple business activities, including wholesale trade where FDI is permitted and retail trade through B2C e-commerce where FDI is prohibited, and accordingly the minimum permissible foreign investment limit has been opted. |
